A collection of paintings and sketches, from a man who uses the image of meat the same way Dali used the image of drawers. With some beautiful pictures of the Black Dahlia (Justice for Beth), and some somewhat dubious praising to the likes of John Holmes, Houston's art is that little bit strange, and subversive in a way that is not as cliched as other web artists. Creepy.

Pornokrates is a website dedicated to the golden age of porn. Part of a web community that seems constantly off their nut on Absinthe, Pornokrates involves the erotica of yesteryear, with dirty pictures from the Romantic area, the Arentino Sonnets and bawdy jokes. The site may not feature the more disgusting delights of texts such as 'Maldoror' or the Divine Marquis, but for the classic erotica fan, it's a good start.

Bob Flanagan Ow

Bob Flanagan was born with cystic-fribosis, for those of you who don't know, most sufferers are expected to die within your twenties. Bob Flanagan, Catholic Irish American, managed to survive into his forties, marry and have a successful artisitc carreer. His long life was not attributed to the macrobiotic diet, drugs, or through religion, but having himself systematically tortured, beaten and hung by his balls by his mistress wife Sheree Rose. Beats Church.
Bob Flanagan is not only my ideal partner, but a great poet. His poems are, at least in my country impossible to find, but snippets are supplied on this slowly building but chock-full website, created as his memoiral, by the widow/dominatrix/slave owner/sexy red head Sherree Rose. Happiness In Slavery

Not hard to find, but often overlooked.
Influenced through the work of Joel Peter Witkin, and possibly Tetsuo the Iron Man, this music video features the late, great, rubs-off-his-cock-with-a-cheese-grater Bob Flanagan. Acting as a slave who straps himself voluntarily into a machine that symbolises either pain and pleasure, or consumerism and industry, he's totrtured to death in a bloody, drilling, gooey manner. The tortures are actually real, Bob Flanagan an infamous masochist, until the machine eventually decides to murder him, in a truly gory fashion.

The Acid Dungeon

Fat Pie hosts a selection of cartoons created by England rised, Woods of the Suicides born, David Firth. Hosting cult characters such as Salad Fingers, a boy called Jim, and Spoilsbury Toastboy and the beetles, this flash animation site is one of the stranger and cleverer contributions cheap software has given us. The tales lack both reserve and a bleeper, and while the cartoons sometimes tend toward the obvious grotesque, you never the less feel either slightly sick, confused or good by the time the Play Again screen appears.
The site also hosts Firth's music videos for bands such as Aphex Twin (Chris Cunnigham only does better because he's got the budget), and his own band Locust Toy Box.

Supervert is a website devoted to the darker side of cyber art and literature, and part of Necro-enema amalgamted. It's unflinching attitude towards perverted sex and violence is a tribute to the blue ribbon campaign for free speech. Superverts electronic library contains greater known literature, such as Confessions of an Opium Eater, to rarer found texts such as the complete translated 120 Days of Sodom, it includes art work from the undeservedly lesser remembered Vienna Actionists, and its own books, essays and its infamous !Blam CD rom, make it highly polished but ultimately filthy section of the cyberworld.
